1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TrustCollector platform, widgets, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

TrustCollector is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows businesses to collect, manage, and display customer testimonials and reviews on their websites via embedded widgets. We provide both a free tier with basic functionality (including a TrustCollector watermark) and a paid PRO tier that unlocks advanced customization and removes branding.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of TrustCollector, you are solely responsible for the content you collect and display. You agree that:

  • You have the legal right and necessary permissions to collect and publicly display testimonials from your customers.
  • You will not use the service to collect or display unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or fraudulent content.
  • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the security of the TrustCollector platform or its embedded widgets.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and intellectual property associated with the TrustCollector platform remains the exclusive property of TrustCollector. You retain full ownership of the customer data and testimonials you collect using our service. By using TrustCollector, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display your collected content strictly for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

TrustCollector PRO is a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners (Stripe/Razorpay). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Upon cancellation or payment failure, your account will revert to the free tier, and PRO features (including the removal of our watermark) will be disabled.

6. Limitation of Liability

TrustCollector is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime, reliability, or flawless operation of the service. In no event shall TrustCollector or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or reputation) arising from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TrustCollector at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in fraudulent activity.
